A message from Rachel

Thankyou to all the artists who contributed their work, wonderfully transforming the Crypt into a 'Celebration of Light' theme on the sixteenth of February for the Light exhibition. Thankyou to the musicians who came and played, you are all so beautifully talented and added an eclectic, colourful mix of emotions to the atmosphere.

Thankyou to St Paul's for having the coolest, kindest staff and living their vision. Special thanks to Mike for the go-ahead and Jeanette for your time and great advice.Thankyou to Abes Bagels for being so kind and supporting our show with your moreish and yummy bagelchips- went perfectly with the home-made dips (Thanks Kelly!) James and Kevin, thanks for creating SPAM (St Paul's Arts and Media), the 'launching pad' for Light and an incubator for creative ideas. Thankyou Thomas and Melissa Bulkeley you guys are such an irreplaceable duo- Melissa your great promo-design and sculpture and Thomas for being so willing and helpful. Thanks to Miles Langley for a nice piece of promo-video editing. Thankyou to Jo Batts for taking these photos. A big thankyou to Megan Jack for being such a lovely person and her help with music preparation.

Thankyou to all who came along on the night to celebrate Light and for all your encouraging words, its amazing how attractive everyone looks under a bit of good lighting~

When held up to the light
it is the fractured crystal
that catches and reflects
most vibrant portrayals of that light
into the shadowed room.
